This project involved the design and development of a custom Windows desktop application built with C# and Windows Forms for managing the daily operations of an Adventure Arena / Children’s Entertainment Center. The primary objective was to replace manual processes with an efficient, reliable, and easy-to-use management system.
The application allows staff to register customer check-ins and check-outs, automatically calculate fees based on visit duration, manage different pricing plans, process snack bar purchases, apply discounts, generate invoices, and maintain customer records. It also provides detailed reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly sales, customer activity, and business performance, helping managers make informed decisions.
Special attention was given to usability, performance, and workflow optimization, ensuring that employees could operate the system with minimal training while reducing manual calculations and human error. The result is a practical desktop solution that streamlines business operations and improves overall efficiency
